We collect only the data necessary to provide secure loan services, with your permission.

a. Phone Number

  • Why: Create your account, verify your identity, process loans, and communicate with you.
  • Shared? Never shared with third parties.

b. Device Data

  • What: Device name, model, region/language settings, Android ID, GAID, hardware status, etc.
  • Why: Prevent fraud and authenticate your device.

c. Camera (Selfie)

Why: Verify your identity to prevent fraud and impersonation.

d. Other Personal Data

  • What: Identification documents, contact details, occupation, phone make and model, etc.
  • Why: Assess creditworthiness, manage risk, and deliver loan services.

e. Fuzzy Location

  • What: Approximate geographic location data (not precise GPS coordinates)
  • Why: Detect potential fraudulent activity and enhance account security. This data is never used to monitor your exact location or track your movements.
  • Shared? Never shared with third parties.

4. How We Protect Your Data

We use industry-standard security measures:

  • Asymmetric encryption is used throughout transmission and storage;
  • 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions;
  • HTTPS secure connections to our server (https://api.fgngs.top);
  • Multi-layer protection – OTP verification, restricted employee access, and regular security audits.

5. Log Data and Cookies

Log Data: Automatically collected when the app crashes (e.g., IP address, device info, timestamps of usage).

Cookies: Some third-party libraries (like Google Analytics, Firebase) may use cookies. You can disable cookies in your device settings, but some features may not work properly.

6. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted providers (e.g., Google Play Services, Facebook) to:

  • Help operate our services.
  • Analyze how the Platform is used.
  • Perform tasks on our behalf.

These third parties receive only the data needed for their specific tasks and are required by contract to keep it confidential.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights

Data Retention Period: We keep your personal data as long as needed to provide you with our services, or to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Anonymized Data: We may use anonymized data for statistical analysis (e.g., user demographics). Anonymized data cannot identify you personally.
